Rule 25
Designating Officer
(1) For the purposes of paragraph-7 and section 38 of the Act, land reform officer shall be designated as an officer.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if the Government of Nepal has constituted a tribunal for the said purpose, in the case that the tribunal is in the relevant district, the said tribunal shall exercise that right throughout that period and the related complaint of the land reform officer will also be transferred to the said tribunal.
